The place is reasonably clean, air-conditioned rooms. There are good restaurants nearby.

We loved the owner. Exceptional service and professional staff too. The breakfasts was great - good food. Comfy location in the city center. Very very good stay in a traditional apartment.

the apartment was perfect base for sightseeing in split, loved it. it had soundproofed windows, a personal safe, an iron and a coffeemaker, etc. we were allowed to use a dining area and a kitchenette, provided on the terrace. its location is really great, right next to city centre. it offers dinner/lunch at on-site restaurant cucina mare, dined there couple of times.
